Actor Jaaved Jaaferi reacted to Serum Institute of India’s Adar Poonawalla buying stake in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. On Monday, Karan confirmed that Adar has bought 50 percent of the production house’s stake and has also invested Rs 1000 Cr in the studio. The CEO of the Covid-19 vaccine making institute reportedly made the investment via Serene Productions. Following the news, Jaaved took to X and teased Karan about the business move.

He reposted the news about the business deal and mockingly announced Karan’s ‘next film’. He wrote, “Next film: Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Serum.” The post has left fans in splits. Many also joined the actor to come up with new titles. “Vaccine ke baad se Kuch Kuch Hota Hai…” a comment read. “Covi Khushi ., Covi Gham,” joked another.

As for Jaaved, he was last seen in Jaadugar, which released in 2022, on the big screen. On the small screen, Jaaved was seen in the second season of Taaza Khabar.
